Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
- Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Once canceled, you will retain access to Easethetics for the remainder of the paid period, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.
- 6-Month and 12-Month Subscriptions: For our longer-term plans, refunds are available within the first 14 days of the initial payment date if you're not completely satisfied. After this period, no refunds will be issued for these prepaid plans.
2. Free Trial and Demo
- Free Trial: Our free trial allows you to explore the platform before committing to a subscription. Refunds are not provided for free trials, as they are intended for you to test the system risk-free.
- Demo Sessions: Demo sessions are complementary and provided to help you understand the platform. Therefore, no fees or refunds apply to these sessions.
3. Refunds for Additional Services
- Data Migration: Data migration fees are non-refundable once the migration process begins, as this is a one-time service requiring technical resources.
- Custom Training Sessions: Customized training sessions outside our standard support are non-refundable after the session is scheduled.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:
- Technical Issues: If the Easethetics platform experiences persistent technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team and directly impact your business operations, you may be eligible for a refund for the affected period.
- Platform Misrepresentation: If you believe the platform was misrepresented at the time of sale and key promised features are not available or functioning as expected, contact our support team for an assessment and potential refund.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your subscription details, reason for requesting the refund, and any supporting documentation.
- Our team will review your case and notify you of the decision within 5-10 business days.
6. Processing of Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. The exact time for funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
